Sale transactions — 2%

Our Brokerage Charges would be (2%) of the total sale consideration.

Please note: GST 18% will be charged extra on the commission as per Finance Act of 2017. * Conditions Apply

Agricultural lands — 4%

4% for agricultural lands, plantations, estates for purchase transactions.

( properties outside city limits )

Rental & lease

One Month Rental amount for our rental services and 2% brokerage for Lease transactions.
